XY326 preserved egg machine

The XY326 preserved egg line has been refined over seven years of iteration. Its standard configuration comprises an egg sucker, loader, candling machine, clay wrapper, dual-layer conveyor and tray trolley, with each section running on a dedicated control system and a 7-inch Xinje touchscreen that is easy to understand. The line is highly automated, simple to operate and causes no breakage, producing preserved eggs of consistent quality and even thickness at up to 5,200 eggs per hour.

Key features

Why choose the XY326 preserved egg machine

High-efficiency candling

Rollers turn each egg through a full 360° candling pass. Six-row candling with a pause in front of the light source gives enough time to inspect cracks, sharply improving defect detection.

Suction loading

The sucker lifts a full tray of 30 eggs at once, and the 1.5 m loading area holds 150+ eggs in one pass — cutting manual effort and breakage.

Hand-like clay wrapping

A robotic arm on a slide rail with biomimetic claws mimics hand scooping, guaranteeing clay thickness and therefore curing rate and shelf life.

Three-stage tumbling and shaping

A dual-layer conveyor with multiple fold-back points and a three-stage tumbling design evens out the clay coat and rounds the finish.

Fully automatic control

A 7-inch Xinje touchscreen sets production speed at the touch of a button — in daily use you just power up and press Start.

Fast production

Up to 5,200 eggs per hour through inspection, clay wrapping, husk coating and tray packing.

Digital control

Imported high-performance chips and a dedicated control system — stable, efficient and error-free.

Modular build

The standard configuration has six modules over 8.7 m — compact, and running as a smooth line.

Auxiliary material recycling

An extra-long sawdust / rice husk circulation path with anti-clog design for durability.

Slurry filtering

The clay slurry passes through a filter to remove impurities, keeping the coat fine and even.

Low-power architecture

Low-voltage digital motors plus planetary gearboxes, running on 380 V with only 2.5 kW total power.

Workflow

Four stepsthrough the whole process

STEP 01

Suction loading

The sucker lifts a full tray of eggs at once; the 1.5 m loading area holds 150+ eggs, reducing effort and breakage.

STEP 02

Candling inspection

Six-row candling turns a full 360° with a pause in front of the light — cracks have nowhere to hide.

STEP 03

Clay wrapping and husk coating

A robotic arm on a slide rail mimics hand scooping, with biomimetic claws holding clay thickness and an extra-long circulation path that resists clogging.

STEP 04

Rounding and tray packing

The dual-layer conveyor tumbles eggs in three stages, then packs the evenly coated, rounded eggs straight into trays.
